Patient care Assist is a professional who assists the elderly, disabled or people in recovery with performing day-to-day activities. 

• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
• Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support

 A trained care worker will provide support to clients who are in the last months or days of their lives, making sure that they are as comfortable as possible.

  Vital signs are useful in detecting or monitoring health issues and alerting medical professionals to potential concerns.  

• Body temperature
• Pulse rate
• Breathing rate (respiration)
• Blood pressure

 in-home care include both hands-on needs, such as bathing and grooming, and hands-off needs, such as transportation. 

• Bathing
• Eating (but not preparing meals)
• Bathroom needs
• Mobility
• Dressing
